&lt;p&gt;I remember being on training calls LATE at night for how to &#039;dress up&#039; and other crap. On TOP of tools, seminars, opens, counseling etc. What&#039;s the point? &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I thing only .001% of that training is required, and that has to be to the point. And most importantly, at a person&#039;s convenience.&lt;/p&gt;
