On February 8th, 2005, Passport LLC announced a new profit sharing bonus that pays Independent Associates for volume outside of the three level compensation plan. Nine percent of the company profits have been set aside for distribution via the Profit Sharing Bonus.

The original compensation plan has not changed. The Profit Sharing Bonus and newly announced Merchant Affiliate Bonus are additions that increase the value of being a Passport Independent Associate.
