I have always had a dream. To become rich, have a garage full of fancy cars, and live in a mansion on a hill. I think I was about 4 years old when I started thinking about the dream while playing with my Hot Wheels on long summer days.
Today, I have a great life, but I am still driven to work towards my dream. However, something happened along the way. Other people entered my dream and actually looked to me to help them accomplish their dreams.
When people look to you as a leader, you must hold yourself to a higher standard. Having built a sizable Passport LLC business before accepting the position of Passport LLC, President, I was approached a number of times with "deals" that I could offer my downline and make additional money for myself. Yet, the majority of these deals would add little value to the people involved.
I have heard it said that the more people you include in your dream, the more you will accomplish. Just don't forget...the people have dreams too.
