Internet Network Marketing

I just unleashed 7 of my most closely guarded Internet Marketing files for the first time. Download Ty Tribble's MLM Web Secrets. It's my free gift to you for visiting.

The reality of Network Marketing over the Internet is that it isn't much different than Network Marketing in person. If done properly, you are building relationships and then developing those relationships until they reach the "loyalty stage".

From Start Up Journal:

Four Stages in the Dialogue

The process of building successful customer relationships falls into four stages, which I call:

  • the awareness stage – getting a prospective customer's attention.
  • the permission stage – asking for their permission to stay in touch.
  • the involvement stage – when the customer demonstrates involvement with you, normally by making a purchase.
  • the loyalty stage – with repeat customers who tell their friends about you.

If you're just getting started and don't have any customers yet, you'll want to focus most of your efforts on creating awareness. If you already have a customer base, you'll need to balance all four stages.

The article referenced was written by Hans Peter Brondmo, author of The Engaged Customer:The New Rules of Internet Marketing written in 2000, it is a vital reference book in our group and my dog-eared copy has been worth the purchase price.

Seth Godin's Permission Marketing, Net Gain by John Hagel and Brondmo's book should be standard reading for the new generation of network marketers.

I like this post Ty. Explaining these four stages of the business helps network marketers see beyond tactics and start focusing on a long term strategy like how to move a prospect one stage to another.

For newcomers to MLM, it really helps to have bits of information to dwell on. The MLM and internet marketing world seem so foreign to us. Reading this post gave me something to get started.
