I recently joined a direct sales or referral based marketing company (Your Travel Biz - http://www.ytb.com/dln) and I LOVE IT! Not only are the perks incredible, but the compensation plan is insane.</p> <p>I have found that most people in other companies do not thoroughly understand their product, which affects their overall performance.</p> <p>Word to the wise.....</p> <p>Know your products, services and company before you try to talk to anyone on your own.
