1. 67.7% of IBOs who registered in 2001, did not renew in 2002.

2. The average IBO had just 0.23 members and clients registered

3. Only 18.4% of IBOs registered even one person.

4. The average IBO had 38.5 PV/month. (100PV is shown in the plan)

5. 65.6% of IBOs never once attained 100 personal PV in the previous 11 months.

6. Less than 1% of IBOs attain the level of Platinum, (which many consider the break even point)

7. The average Platinum makes $24,952 a year from Quixtar, before expenses.

8. .0076% of IBOs attain the level of Diamond.

9. Over the last 3 years there has been an average of 8 new Diamonds a year in all of Quixtar North America.

10. The average Diamond makes $149,942 a year from Quixtar, before expenses.
