Integrity and character build depth.

Brig Hart and other top earners do not earn the bulk of their money in network marketing, they earn it in educational tools, books, CD's, and Meetings. That is absolutely fine. They have experience, and tenure in the business. They do help a lot of people.

The problem is that they give "Ra-Ra" style speeches, and that $10 CD or DVD gives you no more insight than you would get by watching a nine minute video on You Tube. Read a book by Stephen Covey, Robert Kiyosaki, and Robert Kriegel...combine the information and create your own program that will work much better than the usual: You sign two in your first 48 hours, and then help them sign two more.

Character is important, but everything floats on trust and over-all integrity.

Most of these companies do not fail, they produce superior products. It's a people problem.

What drives each person is very unique.

People apply information in a fashion that is most comfortable to them.

In network marketing you will come across people who are driven by greed. If they fail, they will blame the company. If they fail, they will blame the entire industry.

You might also find the "gambler" who makes money, and at the first sign of trouble where his/her depth falls apart...they jump companies. This is greed combined with lack of character and business experience. In-fact, most network marketers forget that they are supposed to be marketing a product...not just getting two and two more.

The industry is growing, and companies are stronger than ever putting out great products.

The key is to have integrity, be honest, build trust...and to remain consistent with your marketing and team message.

Don't blow an uncertain trumpet...

What a discusting display of an AWESOME COMMONTARY!!!! You should be ashamed of yourself, by giving integrity and character back to this once awesome industry. What were you thinking? you know, I always end up telling these "tool" driven rep's the same thing. If you want to change your expensive hobby to a profitable business, simply cut off your uplines meal ticket and watch what happens.
