In fact, I have been in and out of Amway 3 times. I thought the training to be of high quality and partly responsable for the type of person I am today. However, my success did not come from Amway since they squeezed out the profit from the products in the early 90's. I still enjoy the people of Amway/Quixtar but I have found real success in a new business called MonaVie. It's a fairly new (3 yrs) company with a growth record that is amazing financial analyst. I think Amway/Quixtar needs to go back to the basics of new people making money fast so that they will stay around for a long time. Its tuff when I pay .40 a bag for cheezit wholesale and I can buy it retail for .25 ea. I think Amway could still be a good business if the Corporation would consider down sizing and get back to the basics. Anyway, thats my 2 cents worth.
