U.S. Court of Appeals Says No Arbitration for Amway (Quixtar) Tools Business

I am not an attorney, but I think this clears the way for the Nitro Distributing case against Amway (Quixtar and Alticor). I love how the judges call Alticor and Quixtar collectively Amway.
Rumor has it that a ton of interesting and perhaps damaging information will be revealed as this case is tried in open court.

[PUBLISHED] [Bright, Author, with Wollman and Riley, Circuit Judges]
Civil Case - arbitration. District court did not err in
concluding Amway's arbitration agreement did not bind motivational
tools businesses which are owned by distributors who operates Amway
products business but have not signed Amway's arbitration agreement.
Tools businesses are not entitled to any rights or benefits
under Amway rules, are not agents of the products businesses, and
cannot be compelled under the community of interest
doctrine.
