Today's Kim Klaver Post inspired me to write about the negative in Network Marketing. Networkers are often taught to "ignore the negative" and sometimes that teaching is right. However it is hard to learn and improve if you always ignore the problems and flaws associated with your business.
There are three type of negative towards the Network Marketing industry.
1. Negative from people that are simply prone to be negative. They are usually negative about everything and they like it that way. These are trolls and detractors and for the most part they should be ignored.
2. Negative from people that do not understand our industry. If possible, these people should be educated.
3. Negative from people that see the real flaws in our industry and are kind enough to point them out. These are the people that we should embrace, engage and learn from.

I fully agree with this post. It can also be spun for any new business or even ideas that people may not immediately understand. Personally I find that answering with a question will produce a great dialog in which both parties can be educated. This also helps to figure out if you are talking to 'trolls'
