Reports have surfaced that the Texas Attorney General's office has contacted former Mannatech employees for questioning and three Nobel Prize-winniing scientists have complained to the New York Attorney General's office about false use of their research.
Mannatech came under fire last year when a class action lawsuit was filed on behalf of shareholders in the publically traded company.
