Herbalife has been promising growth and now it appears that one of the ways they may grow is by acquiring MLM Neways.
Neways made the news recently when their owners were found guilty of tax evasion.

Neways has been purchased by the same privately held investment company that purchased Herbalife some time ago, but none of the folks I've been talking with are concerned about the sale. On the contrary, they're quite relieved that the Mower family is finally out of the picture and they're pleased that Neways's management team will now be getting sound advice from savvy, experienced financial experts. Everyone I know is really energized and excited!
The purchase/sale of this organization from what appears to be shady leadership to a large-scale, successful enterprise can probably lead to positive things for representatives who choose to stay with their company. If they were successful before the sale, they probably have some insurance of future success under new (and vastly better) management!
