The Comp. Plan HAS to be changed. The Minimum Sales Requirements to receive a bonus on rings 2-6 is JUST TOO HIGH! Its not realistic, which means the majority of people will not hit it, therefore, will not be paid nearly as much, and will eventually quit! We need to pass this info up to the leadership team and Exec's. There is a growing group of former moguls blasting this on the net, and we need to fix this!
