AMWAY (China) Co Ltd and Mary Kay (China) have gained licenses from the Ministry of Commerce to conduct door-to-door sales on China's mainland, industry sources said yesterday.

The approvals will let the two industry giants join seven overseas-funded direct-sales retailers including Avon Products (China) Co to tap the potentially lucrative business.
