Joining Quixtar, billion dollar Network Marketing company, Nuskin showed flat sales in 2006 as well:
For the
year, the company (Nuskin) reported revenue of $1.115 billion, compared to
$1.181 billion in 2005. Earnings per share for 2006 were $0.47 with net
income of $32.8 million. Excluding restructuring and impairment
charges, earnings per share would have been $0.75, while net income
would have been $52.7 million. These results are compared to 2005
earnings per share of $1.04 and net income of $74.0 million. A
reconciliation of reported GAAP numbers is included in the attached
financial tables. Foreign currency fluctuations negatively impacted
2006 revenue by 1 percent.
