Quixtar Reports Fourth Consecutive Year of Billion-Dollar Sales

...said the recent press release.

Here is my question.

Is that good?

Quick answer is yes. A billion in sales is great.

Next question.

Is that good for newest Quixtar IBOs?

Quick answer is no. Zero growth is zero growth whether the volume is $1,000 or $1,000,000,000.

I talk to people about Network Marketing every day and many people ask me why I am so hard on Quixtar. I think the answer lies in the fact that the IBO leaders make it sound like Quixtar is a growing business...a great business for the newest person that wants to take charge of his/her destiny. The reality is the growth is stagnant and the sales numbers prove it.

If you are a high level Quixtar leader and your sales go from $20 Million to $19.9 Million, you are still doing OK, but if you are Joe IBO who just got started and your sales go from 200 PV to 199 PV in a year, you have a problem.

There are dozens of growing and stable Network Marketing companies in this industry, Quixtar just doesn't happen to be one of them and based on the lawsuits hanging over it's head, I don't see it turning around in the near future.

First off, if you're only making 200PV in a year (even as a brand new IBO), you're doing something TERRIBLY wrong. If you only go so far as to buy just what you need from yourself, you'll hit about 150PV in a month.
Second, part of the reason Quixtar may not grow as a whole is that IBOs who feel they are not successful (usually because they're not putting any real effort into it) decide not to continue with it. This does not, however, directly affect the individual IBO because the growth of the individual IBO's business feeds directly off of the output of the IBO. Each IBO owns his or her own business… Quixtar is just the distributer for that business. If owning your own retail store (where you buy at wholesale and sell at retail) is such a bad idea, you had better tell all of the major chains out there to start looking for new jobs, because retail is how they make their money. Quixtar IBOs are no different. The money received from reaching certain PV/BV goals is just an incentive to spread the word, effectively spreading the products to whole new clientele. The main source of revenue for any IBO should be the retail profit they are earning from their online store. As with any store, the more customers you have, the more money you make.

A convoluted moron, really. Check out the post at http://www.amquix.info/quixtar_traffic.html. It confirms that the Quixtar business is not thriving or growing, in fact it's the opposite. Let's see if they pull of 1B again this year…
