John Crowe Breaks from Bill Britt’s BWW

Posted on 19. Mar, 2007 by Ty Tribble in Amway, BWW - Britt World Wide, Larry Winters - Leadership Development Team, Quixtar

I just unleashed 7 of my most closely guarded Internet Marketing files for the first time. Download Ty Tribble's MLM Web Secrets. It's my free gift to you for visiting.

I reported back on March 5th that John Crowe may be leaving Bill Britt's Britt World Wide (BWW) and now it looks like the rumors are true.

According to a comment at Get The Facts - The Truth About Quixtar, the following names (all downline from John Crowe) have now been removed from the BWW web site:

- Jack and Magee Spencer,EDC
  - Chris and Judy Cherest,Diamond
     - Wayne and Suzanne Callender,EDC
        - Orett and Christine Channer,Diamond
           - Orlando and Deborah McKenzie,Diamond
              - Judith Scott,Diamond
           - Danny and Petrona Thompson,Diamond
        - Rod Loney,Diamond
          - Rob and Nerland Robinson,Diamond
  - Ron and Robin Erwin,Diamond
  - Bobby and Priscilla Harris,Diamond
- GW and Edna King,Diamond
- Dave and Kristin Dussualt,Diamond

No word yet on whether Crowe is joining Larry Winters' LTD, Rex Renrow's recent breakaway or if Crowe will venture out on his own.

John & Jenny Belle Crowe...at whose feet leaders take notes

The burning question is whether or not Bill Britt's BWW will survive without the leadershop and numbers from Renfrow, Crowe and Winters.

Your information is not completely correct. I just checked the BWW website and about half of those you mentioned are still there (Cherests, Callenders, Channers, Harrises, Kings), but the others are indeed missing: Spencers, McKenzies, Scott, Thompson, Loney, Robinsons, Erwin, Dussault. They may be out of qualification (although I'm not sure whether BWW actually removes people that are). Or there may be something more interesting going on. Most of the MIA diamonds are from the same upline – John Crowe (I'm not sure about the Erwins, though). And John Crowe himself is also missing. I can't believe a double diamond fell totally out of diamond qualification. So the rumors are most likely true.

The Robinsons, Scott, Loney, Thompson (the African-American and Caribbean diamonds) are downline from the Callendars (and possibly the Channers), who are still on the list. I wonder what's up with that.

    5-6 nights a week?

    Are you kidding me?

I know that you aren't, but you should know that it takes half the time and effort to build a profitable business in other companies.

Show me a guy who works 5-6 nights a week for 2 years in Quixtar and he is a Platinum making $3,000/month.

Show me a guy who works 5-6 nights a week for 2 years in other companies and I'll show you someone making 6 digits.

The Britt spin ALWAYS suggests that the people leaving were kicked out.

I think it has to do with Britt's integrity.

First WWDB left, then Winters, then Renfrow (reportedly) and now Crowe.

I'm not saying these guys are saints, I really just saying Britt is worse.

JOHN CROWE LEFT BWW because Bill Britt cheated on his wife. Then they 'retired' then Peggy was 'not going to be active' and then they 'came back'. The orginizations are losing people like mad. Crowe made the smart move that Renfrow and others made.
It has nothing to do with 'moving up and forward' it's about saving people form quitting becasue of Britt's nonsense.

    Exactly.

Show me that more than 10% of the quitters actually did 5-6 nights a week…
… Most probably did 1-2 hrs a night 1-2 days a week at best or stalked 10 people in a Barnes and Nobles without talking to them. IT'S THEIR FAULT!!!! Why can't you get that?!?

I love how you skipped that fact that the person would be making 6 digits in another company and if a person does 1-2 nights a week for 1-2 years, they would be making $3,000-5,000.

Just to help clarify. John Crowe, David Dussault, Jack Spencer, Rex Renfrow are ALL OFFICIALLY OUT OF BWW and are not listed on the BWW site. They have formed the UR Association. The Callendar Diamonds are still with BWW as is Rex's biggest leg Angelo Nardone. Hope this helps. Go get 'em tiger.

This is for Jeff Scovern, supposed emerald on the Markiewicz team. Jeff – I am curious, when was the last time you actually qualified Emerald? When was the last time you actually showed the plan 5 or 6 nights a week? Before you get on this site and preach to others, you might want to realize that there are actually people who know what a joke you actually are. I personally know you and know what a fake and phony you truly are. You tell people you are retired, but yet you still work. You make your money off of tools b/c you never had your tool bonus taken away from you. Everyone truly knows what a jerk and how fake you truly are. Jeff, when you actually requalify as Emerald and actually do the work then you can speak. I do have to say you are a good speaker and are great at making people feel like they are important.

    Jeff

You are not correct about the 5-6 nights a week. I personally spun circles 6-7 nights a week for over 2 years, while my downline did grow all the negativity from upline (which was in your LOA) did not help. I did everything I could was a positive influence, attended all meetings, functions, night owls, everything that a perfect IBO and upline was to do. However, when your direct sponsor (who was a platinum) has no idea what they are doing, nor cannot make a single move without checking upline or his sponsor (which was you) who refused to help, how do you build a business. You preach and preach about building the business, but how many times have you fallen out of Emerald qualification? The system has totally gotten away from what this business was about. Yes you are to build a dream, but to brag about what you have and to be cocky is not building a dream, it is a turn off. Personally Jeff, I am not sure how you can build a dream, when in reality, you lie to people. No one respects you, trust me on that. They say they do, but they don't. I am still in the business and I still attending weekly meetings and functions, but truly Jeff, you are a joke for an upline and should be ashamed of yourself. You are not a leader, remember rule #1, NO NEGATIVE. Shouldn't be judgemental of people Jeff. After all, you are a man of religion and that is what the bible preaches, not to be judgemental.

It's always funny. I notice those who are in Quixtar are so intent on calling people average and getting pissed when you voice your opinion on the business. The fact of the matter is you are taught integrity and to lead by example. Calling people lazy, average, or any other name you can pop up does not set a good example. If I claim I'm a christian, I cheat on my wife, get drunk 5 nights a week and cuss up a storm would you be more or less likely to respect me?? I was in the business for two years, made over 30,000 and my people quit on me. Not the other way around. It worked for awhile, good while it lasted but it is no more. It's not for EVERYBODY so stop calling people average and lazy. Your the one who wants to be "Retired" in 2-5 years.

I'm part of BWW and plug in to an open meeting locally that is run by a Ruby on the former-Crowe team.. His upline stayed w/ BWW, so so did he. I asked him why Crowe left, and his reason was 'greed' (referring to the system income).. Okay, you spend the last several years in your business edifying this guy and they say he's 'greedy'? I've heard John Crowe's CD's, I've heard him speak, and I even had the pleasure of briefly meeting him. I highly doubt it was greed.
As for the '80% of Crowe's team stayed w/ BWW', that's crap. Callender and some downline diamonds stayed, but their total numbers are probably less than 1200 people. This is a pretty educated guess because I was at the last conference that Callender (who's plugging in with Nardone) did. Now, I was also at a function a few years back (spring leadership I think) when Dussault was in Diamond qualification. He had about 800 people with him. Okay – Callender at 1200 after about 15 years, and Dussault at 800 after 4 years.. I think Crowe knows that whatever part of his 'former team' that stayed with BWW will be replaced in the next 2-3 years anyway.. Dussault and UR Association are definitely using different business building methods and are more relateable to the 20-something crowd (which btw is the biggest group building QX right now). I think Crowe knew that and for better, long-term growth created the URA system.
Hope this gives you a new insight..

URAssociation was formed as a natural progression due to continued steady growth within John Crowe's and Rex Renfrow's organizations, but the lines of sponsorship did not change. Its called taking ownership. Since URA was formed, the tools and training materials have become better than ever. Not to mention they are now distributed across the country like a world class organization. Anyone out there looking for a negative reason for why it was formed is just uninformed. After almost 4 years of affiliation with this organization, I can say that the leadership of John Crowe and Rex Renfrow are better than any other I have ever seen, and I have seen many!

I have also seen many people looking for excuses to their own failure. Its always easier to blame someone else than to admit mistakes and continue growing. But then you wind up in your boxers late at night complaining to the web because even your own family does not want to hear it.

    Hey all,
Stop quibbling. All this pent up anger should be channeled to better yourselves. You don't think I see the things that go on around us too. I refuse to let anything get in the way of my future! Some people are good at science, some at languages, some at economics. The same applies here, not everyone would be good at network marketing. So what!!?? There are many ways to create substantial income. I for one used job to network marketing to business ownership to stock investing and now looking at real estate. And each step creates a little more for me. It's all about planning and application of self.
Some maybe able to become rich from network marketing, but it has to be for you! Do you KNOW you can make it work for you? If you do, then you can!
As far as the Crowe team goes, who cares? I'm more interested in the welfare of my team and myself. If their methods of education has benefits then great! I would gladly accept their teachings.
And remember guys, nobody's perfect, if we were, we won't be human. Also of late, there has been some changes made in Quixtar I don't personally agree with but if I worked in a job and those changes were made, I'd have no choice but to live with them, so there we go.
