Is The Outright Stealing of an Idea, Flattery?

I just unleashed 7 of my most closely guarded Internet Marketing files for the first time. Download Ty Tribble's MLM Web Secrets. It's my free gift to you for visiting.
Over a year ago, I launched something called the MLM Blog Network, offering free blogs to Network Marketers, now it looks like I have a complete copycat, The MLM Network. The person even uses the same blog service as I do.
I guess I should be flattered, but I am mostly ticked that my idea is being copied. I am all for stealing an idea, improving on it and making it your own. I am not for stealing an idea and copying it exactly. Oh well, hopefully I'll have more ideas worthy of stealing in the future.

Ty,
I am flattered that you took the time to strike out at my blog network. I have written a response to your post on the MLM Network.
Thanks

Personally, I don't see it to be an issue. Having a network of blogs on certain subjects or covering a certain industry is quite commonplace, as is using WordPress in order to do it.
I could see perhaps if the layout was identical or even nearly identical, or if content was being lifted, but that doesn't seem to be the case here. At least that's my opinion.
