According to a post on the Quixtar Blog Forum, the TEAM is threatening to leave the Amway/Quixtar business model if the company goes through with changing the name back to Amway.
The TEAM is led by Orrin Woodward and Chris Brady and the forum post mentions Chris Brady as the person that told "everyone on the TEAM" that if Quixtar changes it's name to Amway, the TEAM is "outta here".
The TEAM (a Quixtar support system) gained a lot of momentum a couple of years ago because of it's stacking method of business building. I haven't heard much about them over the last year or so.

Yep, it's kinda funny. The team stalls.. not much happening… perhaps there is a better offer or new opportunity Chris is looking at and he thinks he has the perfect excuse to jump ship.
