Here is the Mannatech statement about being sued by the Texas Attorney General:
(NASDAQ: MTEX) Mannatech, Incorporatedannounced today that on Thursday, July 5, 2007, the Texas AttorneyGeneral's office issued a release indicating that the office has filed suitagainst Mannatech.
"We are aware of the situation and will be taking appropriate action toaddress any issues or concerns from the Texas Attorney General's office,"said Terry Persinger, Mannatech's President. "We take matters of thisnature very seriously and intend to cooperate to reach a resolution."
