Every single person that wants to be successful in a network marketing venture has something to offer even if they have no sales or marketing experience. If you are outgoing but not polished at presenting your ideas then use your personality and enthusiasm to get your message heard. If you are a good listener this is a huge asset as you can use that talent to gather information about a prospect. If you are shy then I suggest getting a simple script together and practice it until it flows and becomes an extension of your personality. Part of this business is personal development and we all come in with very different skill sets so “use what you have and learn what you don’t have” and move on with your business.

I completely agree that every individual goes into business with their own strengths. Focusing on these strengths (and growing them) is excellent advice.
Additionally, I'd ad that you should look for network marketing businesses and systems that would showcase more of your strengths than weaknesses.
