There is quite a bit of hoopla about a new eBook by Ellie Drake and Michael Filsaime called "The Death Of Network Marketing".
Here is the deal: Network Marketing is not dead or dieing, in fact it grew by more than 1 million people in the U.S. in 2006.
To be honest, I haven't read the book yet, but I know for a fact that people will be searching for "The Death of Network Marketing" on Google and if people are going to be curious and download this book, I would like them to be curious and come here to see me.
The book is free and from what I understand, there is nothing else to buy. But you will not be finding the book here. Instead I am going to give you a different book and an invitation to subscribe to my newsletter that will give you all kinds of great tips about increasing the size of your bonus check.
Yup, I am using the hype of this "Death of Network Marketing" to promote a couple of things that I really believe in. I did have a link to the Death book here at one point, but I took it down.
Remember, the only constant is change, but it would be silly to think that even the basics of Network Marketing is dead.
Find a great product that you believe in and give some of it away to people. You will find business.

The death of network marketing book focuses on how network marketing is changing, and how the traditional ways (pre-Internet) of network marketing are dying off/becoming obsolete.
Obviously, if network marketing was dead or dying, why would so many people…and people doing well with it…be talking about it?
With time, everything changes and so I do think it is important that network marketers are at least aware of "netweb marketing" (network marketing using Internet marketing tactics…the reason Mike Filsaime is involved in the book).

I have been trying to decide "what" I want to blog about with this Death of Network Marketing report, and now the The Birth of Network Marketing 2.0
Yeah, blogging, newsletters, social networks, funded proposals, free reports, etc, etc, etc. All great stuff I encourage everyone to learn and use to generate leads.
But with these two reports I am not feeling much great information as much as I am feeling a "Product Launch" for yet another system.
Generic systems are cool and I look forward to see what this is really all about. Just so I know.
But as far as getting me excited, these reports and launch missed the mark.
