Conrad – who said it was good? What I pointed out was "no growth" was not an accurate description, given the "tree lopping" that's gone on in that time. There's been quite a bit of growth, it's just been matched by some serious downs as well.

the Consumer Price Index has been running around 3% annually on this side of the millenia...if sales at quixtar have kept up with the CPI..it hsould at least be registering growth right around 3% to achieve true 0 growth. So, i think Quixtar has been declining the past 5 years.

even including the 6 year figure quoted above...simple maths of 3% CPI and 6 years is 18%. If Quixtar grew 19% in 6 years...all it did was 1 measly percent growth in 6 years after inflation. It ain't good.

So if a tree grows a metre in 4 years, but in the 5th year you lop off a metre, that means the tree didn't grow in 5 years?

What about if you also lopped off a metre in year 2?

Read my lips: The Industry is growing, Quixtar is not. If you are an individual who is not growing in Quixtar, you are not alone. The blame doesn't fall only on your shoulders. Remember that.

Texas Sharp Shooter Fallacy - move the target around until it's where you want to hit. Let's take 2002-2006 then shall we? 5 years, 24% growth.

Lots of growth in 5 years, just affected by a couple of dips related to doing things like, oh, kicking bunches of Diamonds out.

2003 = $1.035 billion
2004 = $1.1 billion
2005 = $1.058 billion
2006 = $1.118 billion
2007 = $1.072 billion

Looks like 5 years to me, but hey, what do I know, I went to public school.

Quixtar Sales 2007 - $1.072 billion
Quixtar Sales 2002 - $901 million

Sales Growth in 5 years= $171 million or 19%.

Quixter could make a real turn around over the next year or so and reap the rewards. There is new and exciting ways of thinking for MLMers. After reading the RevolutionMLM ebook I'm even thinking of getting back in the business.

Ty, have you read the RevolutionMLM ebook?

If not go to http://www.revolutionmlm.com and let me know what you think. If Quixter taught these methods for training some big changes would take place. Many people would be happier and the bad reputation would soon fade away.
