I hear that the $2.75 Billion lawsuit against MonaVie has been settled, but I have not seen any official press release or documents stating such.

Case closed? Maybe.

You would think that there would be a joint press release or something.

doesn't look like a 'joint' release (no about imagenetix info), but still a release.

    From the 8-K
On May 15, 2008, Mona Vie, LLC, a Utah based multi-level marketing supplier of wellness products and the Registrant entered into the following agreements:

    Purchase and Supply Agreement, and

Settlement Agreement and General Release of Claims.

As a result of the above agreements, on May 16, 2008, the Registrant dismissed with prejudice a lawsuit it had filed on May 5, 2008 against Mona Vie.

"Imagenetix has the utmost confidence in MonaVie and its executive team, and are proud to be their associates," said Bill Spencer, of Imagenetix. "Considering what both companies bring to the table in terms of product quality and industry experience, this business partnership just makes sense. Based on this relationship we expect MonaVie to become one of our largest customers."

Now looks like a good time to purchase more IAGX
Yesterday the bids were 0.85 and 0.91, today the best bid is 0.60 with the ask 0.98
0.91 moved yesterday, do you think it would move today at 0.79?

Well, I can't buy any yesterday or today at 0.79 or 0.85, but someone bought 10,000 shares at 0.95.
