One day he says Agel has the best products but the next day and $3M later Monavie does. He may be great at MLM but he is even better at lying.

In the end, who cares what he did or did not do. His success or decisions are his own. The success or failure of the leader does not mean the success or failure of the downline.

Your success and failure is in your hands and not based off the success or failure of others. It's your business so treat it as such.

Randy Schroeder has always been about the money. What's wrong with that. He signed with Rexall for $15,000.00 advance. Then he sold them his downline for 23 million.
As far as drugs and alcohol go "let he who is without sin cast the first stone".
I think the reason he left Agel is that he didn't like Randy Gage and who does.
BTW he is no longer a distributor for MonaVie. Some sort of unpaid consultant I guess.
Personally I have always had great respect for Randy Schroeder and he deserves every bit of success he has had. He earned the hard way-he worked for it.

Hello guys, I'm from Mexico and would like to say a few words. Before thinking of following "hero leaders" I think one must do research about the MLM products we are recommending, especially nutritional supplements.

It becomes so easy when we invite people to try a product when we KNOW and UNDERSTAND the medical effects, that we do not push the product for money, but for health benefits.

With this research, we also understand the HUGE RESPONSIBILITY it takes to recommend a product (even if its natural) that may harm somebody else in several dangerous levels. Our ethical remorse disappears and our character stays solid because we know where are we standing with our MLM company and our knowledge.

For example, I've been studying several products in my MLM and found out that there's one specific nutritional product I wouldn't recommend people to try it (not even as a sample before they ask their doctor), because its % amounts MIGHT be quite dangerous to certain people if taken daily, and I wouldn't want to feel responsible for someone's illness just for getting a few bucks.

Think about it. So please dont misunderstand the MLM concept about who has "THE BEST LEADER" in his company, but think about who has the BEST PRODUCTS and the most RESPONSIBLE-SELF DIDACTIC DISTRIBUTORS. Dont believe all they say, that is general information, study it by yourselves. It may take a day or two.

That self-attitude shall take you and the company towards sustainable growth and good reputation. Thank you, have a nice day :)

Somebody's running scared!

After letting some friends know I had followed Randy, word got back to my previous upline. The next thing you know, I'm getting emails calling Randy a liar and a shady character.

The following day I received an unsolicited email with 10 year old court documents attached for issues relating to Randy during his "bad" days of drinking and substance abuse - both of which he has addressed publicly from the stage at company events on more than one occasion.

Now Rob Horkings has joined Genesis Worldwide as has Dr. Juroslav Boublik.

Smells like fear!

Hi Guys,
Interesting comments. At the end of the day does it really matter why he jumped ship?

These days there is so much competition between companies when there doesn't need to be. Networkers are always looking for ways to prove themselves and their company to be better than the rest and this is one of the main reasons the industry earns a poor reputation (networkers constantly criticising other networkers and other companies).

We should all work towards supporting the industry that supports us. This means being supportive of other networkers in the industry regardless of which company or product.

Regardless of whether there was money involved or not there are only 2 possible reasons why Randy Schroeder moved.
1) He wasn't happy where he was, or 2) he thought he could get a better deal somewhere else.

If there is any debate as to why he left, instead of asking what was the attraction at MonaVie I would be more interested in why was he not happy in Agel? Perhaps things aren’t as good behind the scenes as they all make out?

All I can say is good luck to him.

I agree that it is entire possible for people to buy talents in this industry. I myself have had people offering me deals to join them at the infancy of their MLM companies.

However, there are also those who say that it is NOT true in many cases. So my question would be, how can we prove what was "reportedly" said?

Who reported it and what proof does he/she have?

Thanks and God bless, Rykel

No one said anything about bribery.

I said MonaVie reportedly paid $8 Million to Randy Schroeder and more to Orrin Woodward when they joined the company.

You want proof? What do you want from me, a canceled check?

Please. MonaVie has been on a spending spree to attract new leadership outside of Brig Hart. Believe me, Randy Schroeder did not walk away from $80,000 a month at Agel because he thought MonaVie had a better product or compensation plan. As a matter of fact, he is quoted as being a critic of MonaVie at one point.

Ty, you took an allegation of bribery towards both Orrin and Randy in one swipe. All we ask for is PROOF.

Thanks and God bless, Rykel.

The $8 Million figure came from two separate sources. One was affiliated with Agel, one was not. Two people with no connection told me the same figure.
