This organism can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections, especially in young children, the elderly and those with weakened immune systems. No illness has been reported. The recalled bars include various flavors and lot codes of the following brands: Can Do Kid, Isagenix IsaLean, Nestle, Zone, Think Thin, Promax 70, Promax and Shaklee. In the United States they were distributed in California, Arizona, Indiana and Ohio. They were also distributed in British Columbia, Canada.
