Mannatech founder resigns from board - Dallas Business Journal:

Dietary supplement company Mannatech Inc. announced Monday that its founder and chairman, Sam Caster, has stepped down from the company’s board of directors.

He will be replaced by lead director Stan Fredrick, who has been elected chairman of the board.

Coppell-based Mannatech (NASDAQ: MTEX) added that Caster will continue on in a consultant capacity helping the company implement a revised business strategy and focus on field sales initiatives.
