Law360, New York (March 17, 2009) -- A Texas state court judge erred when he dismissed a lawsuit Signature Management Team LLC brought alleging Alticor Inc. unit Quixtar Inc. used its power over the individual contractors that sell its products to stifle the plaintiff's business, an appeals court has ruled.
The Court of Appeals for Texas' Fifth District in Dallas handed down an opinion on Friday reversing the trial court's judgment dismissing the lawsuit and remanded that case for further...

The large volumn of scam related content on the web is somewhat astonishing. In my estimation it stems primarily from 2 sources, & is in itself, nearly as bad as any scam itself.
First off you get people who opt in to various business opportunities, expecting a free or easy ride to financial independence. This is of course not something that is availabe in the general scheme of things. So these folk try some new opportunity for a few weeks, discover that they actually need to work in order to make any money at it, & they give up. Then they say they were scammed… When in reality there is nothing wrong with the business itself, they were just too lazy, or otherwise occupied to make it work for them.
The other source of "scam" content comes from those who would have you believe that every opportunity but theirs is a scam, & thus entice you to join them in what all of their competitors call a scam!
In conclusion I suggest that the majority of opportunities are in fact legitimate, & if one would just put forth the needed effort, the desired results would be attained.
