Penn has been in network marketing for 14 years, and with his team, the Diamond Network, he has been the number-one income earner for the past 24 months. Penn has earned the title of Distributor of the Year multiple times and is known as a top trainer and mentor in the industry.

Lady T, believe me, I wouldn’t touch Zija. A company that changes it’s compensation plan from a Unilevel to a Binary plan is not anything I would want to be involved with or would I recommend anyone get involved.

SMH I will make sure this is spelled correctly just for you. Zija’s President Brad Stuart was terminated for embezzling money from its master distributor Cedric Penn. That is a fact. As for making money it is a good estimate that Zija has about 3700 people on auto ship which is not a lot for a company that is over three years old. I am not a Zija hater I believe that Mr. Ken Brailsford is a good man and a icon in this industry. It is unfortunate that his company is in negative momentum. Maybe if the leadership spent less time writing blogs about Cedric Penn and more time actually working the company would start to go in the right direction. SMH how would you know if Mr. Penn was courting other offers unless maybe you are courting other offers as well?

Its a funny thing when people point fingers at the wrong guy. Now we know what happened. DIRTY Management. Zija got big issues stay away from them. No true growth. When a company has to give free products out to get new blood. Thats a RED flag. Mr Stewart was a good guy. He had to do what he did because Brailsford is a CHEAP ASS OWNER. Pay your people and quit being GREEDY. Pay the 300k .

I always thought that Ken Brailsford was cheap because he failed in the latter stages of Enrich International. A lot of companies give away free product and that helps build momentum. I mean realistically, the product only cost about $13 to make, then it’s sold at $90 a case plus S&H.. What is the deal with the $300k…I am unfamiliar with that one. I know zija distributors are leaving for TVI express (horrible) , ardyss Int. , sisel, and companies that pay real checks on real time. So where is Brad Stewart at now?
And whatever happen to all Cedric’s candy bar business?.

This company will never recover from all of key people leaving. Say what you want Penn and Sims with the help of Brad Stewart built Zija. This company needs to partner up with another company that can rescue this sinking ship. The management team is a joke. Also they have huge legal issues with the former key people.Ken Brailsford cut your losses and pay the lawsuits and then retire.

First of all kenny brailsford failed miserably in his later stages of enrich international which eventually changed to unicity. However, just when everyone thought zija was finished, suddenly they roll out the velocity marketing plan in september. Yes, they had some of the top leaders in the industry which left for other companies in the past and that can be link to the management team. However, don’t be fooled…just when the ship was about to sink, tony fleming and the eliteteam comes to the rescue. That’s the triple diamond from noni who was the sharpest leader over there but didn’t get enough credit because rob dean was over there as well. Watch happens in zija! Also, where is brad stewart ?

I have a Zija downline with about 150 people on autoship. Based on some scientific wild guessing, I would say that represents about .5% of the company total. If this is close to accurate, company autoship numbers would be around 30,000.
