Efusjon – Derek Broes: The Truth About Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg and Microsoft

Posted on 10. Jul, 2009 by Ty Tribble in Network Marketing News

MLM Blog Exclusive...

In an exclusive Facebook communication with Derek Broes from Efusjon, Ty Tribble from MLM Blog posed the following questions:

I see Efusjon reps saying you invented Skype...

Derek Broes: "I never said I invented Skype. People in MLM create the lies. not me."

Partnership with Facebook?

Derek Broes: "My company is a development company that writes software and we are a facebook approved developer. We are not partners because we don't need to be. Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook CEO) and I did not meet and discuss efusjon...efusjon is simply using the open platform API's that facebook provides to build applications to launch in facebook."

Commentary: Do a quick search and see how many Efusjon reps are misleading people into thinking that there is some kind of partnership with Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook and Efusjon.

Partnership with Microsoft? 400 Microsoft Engineers working on Efusjon program?

Derek Broes: "No 400 Msft (Microsoft) engineers and NOT 400. We are not building Microsoft windows. Some engineers may have worked at msft but no Msft is not partnered nor did I hire Msft."

Microsoft invest in Facebook because of Efusjon?

Derek Broes: "NO Msft did not invest in facebook because of efusjon."

When questioned about income claims, Mr. Broes wraps up by saying:

"I cannot disclose specific about earning but I can say there are many people paying bills and yes some are buying homes and cars. Yes I was a partner with skype and helped launch it through a company I ran called Altnet/ Kazaa Yes I was an executive at Microsoft Yes I was SVP at Paramount and NOT VP."

Just the latest and because of the viral growth, the inconsistencies are ampliflied. I have seen many MLMs and just about every one of them have had numerous "improper" or false claims as to affiliations or product attributes. This is what you get when the barrier to entry in this industry is so low…people marketing in ways that are not consistent with details and facts. It has happened for years and will continue to happen.

Remember the old analogy how someone relays a short fish story and by the time it travels to the 100th person the fish is 4 times the size…

Never ceases to amaze me how certain people out there "no mlm names mentioned" who think they have all the answers Jump on the "glory wagon" and spout off claims to success? efusjon corp. has really made a great effort to avoid these scheming personalities, but yet again here they are spoiling things for all of us sincere individuals who are involved, and Truly "Paying it forward" If you are going to be working with us in efusjon, Get a clue! There is an interesting thing going around about the truth vs the lies about efusjon. All these lies are being spewed from ALL the reps. This is what they are teaching, now they are being busted. Whats funny is Efusjon was just banned from Facebook. If you send a link about Efusjon to someone in Facebook, they will terminate your account. You cant even have efusjon in your name anymore, because they will terminate your account. They closed customer service, and you cannot even cancel your autoship anymore. Dont believe it??? try. People are canceling bank accounts and CC cards to stop autoship.

Go and listen to a meeting, read something that anyone in the company has wrote, and they all say that they are partnered with Facebook. Call facebook yourself and ask, its a huge lie.

They say they have a patented comp plan. Yet no one can prove it, another lie. It goes on and on. They already changed the complan dropping the open matrix bonus 74% because it was broken.

Networking takes work. All these people being sold the power of 3, and sit back and become rich on Facebook, are being scammed and misled.

Today our upline (we called him) told my partner and me that he terminated his account with Efusjon 2 days ago. He said that people are dropping out "left and right" because Efusjon lost the FaceBook App and now they can only launch the RAD games.

"If you dropped out 2 days ago, don't you think you should have told your downline?" I asked.

My partner added, "You went after us like a MADD-HATTER to join this darned business and when it goes belly-up you don't even have the "peppers" to call and give us a decent head's up.

WE just received another shipment of the now worthless Efusjon drink.

If anybody gets in my face ever again with one more "golden MLM opportunity" I am going to vomit down their open neck.

Do you really think people have time and/or money to waste on a bunch of bull crap?

    GAG!

I just want to know why Broes cant disclose incomes. I thought MLM companies were required by law to post an income disclosure statement?

(editors note: MLM companies are not required by law to post an income disclosure statement. Amway/Quixtar was required due to a lawsuit with the government in 1979.)

I've been in MLM for 37 years. I got back into the industry in 1996 after I purchased my first computer because EVERYONE was saying that this would revolutionalize the MLM industry. Well,
I think it's ruining the MLM industry, and until EVERY company sets a ZERO TOLERANCE on distributors putting out un-authorized materials, web pages etc. on a companies products, their associations, etc. We are going to continue to make the MLM industry a laughing stock.

I've seen MLMers actually call a companies vendors, company attorneys etc.
Because of all the scams I understand people being skeptical and wanting verification but some of the things these people do and say is outrageous, not to mention unverified.

The bottom line is that things have gotten out of hand in our wonderful industry and I'm afriad that if the industry itself does not start policing itself that we are going to wake up some morning and find that the government is going to do it, and I'm sure no one wants to see that happen.

I am not involved at all with eFusjon, but would like to point out, that the lies are not coming from the eFusjon team, it is coming from their reps. eFusjon comp plan is designed for the average joe so that everyone makes a little money and it will actually work. Nobody will make big money, accept the very top. It is somewhat of a liberal approach of "spread the wealth", so that those not pulling their weight still have their team built or "filled" from other members of their team.

I'm shocked at all this negative attitude! Efusjon Energy is one of the healthiest products in the market today. I joined the company because of this great product. Yes, I'm investing money every month getting a healthy product for my family and getting paid too. Let's not get greedy.

Do you get paid by coke to consume their product?
Do you get paid by Pepsi to consume their product? and so on: NO and those products are not even healthy for you.

Don't sweat the small stuff! You are investing in a great product and have the opportunity to make money a little or a lot you are still making money.

So STOP complaining, STOP waisting your energy and STOP whining!

Focus on the opportunity to consume one of the healthiest products in the market today.

Stay focused, stay positive and we will all be rewarded.

A life filled with positive attitude is also filled with positive impact.

Greed can only destroy you and make you a bitter person.

Life is too short. Enjoy life, enjoy what you are receiving and stay focused. Be happy.

It is good news when your business is in the buzz..good or bad. THANKS for Alllll… the gossip guys n gals!!!

    I love eFusjon, great product.

I have seen real overlap come in..real checks..real selfless team leaders. Who really cares about the rumors, judge for yourself. Don't be mad at eFusjon to support your own cause. Be glad that people are happy in the company, and believe in giving those a hand up, not a hand out.

We don't set you up to build a team, then punish you that your other leg isn't flourishing. It is one for all.

Would you like it if your company paid you less because of another department wasn't doing as well as you?? MASTERMIND philosophy is where it is at..the past Network Marketing is in my rear view mirror….

Manufacturing is working diligently to produce not only our current RAW and EDGE..but THREE new products coming to a eFusjon Rep NEAR YOU!!

Sorry if you are not willing to take the risk in a NEW INNOVATIVE comp plan..no one thought the INTERNET would work..guess what your on?

God is great, and his will is greater, no matter the outcome, our path is laid.

God Bless You and all of your dreams that they may grow into reality.

To Alex on July 16th: Geez, dude. Talk about lies! I've tried to post about efusjon, and true, they won't let you post a link to it. But terminate your account? lol Liar. "Closed customer service"? lololol Liar! Just emailed them yesterday and got a response the same day. About the "partnership" with facebook; I think it just needs to be clearly defined as to what's meant by "partnership". They have an app on FB and I don't know any other companies that have their own apps on FB. Could be considered "partnering"… It's just a tool used to tell others about it, since you can reach people that you wouldn't normally talk to face to face. Definitely a useful medium, but certainly not going to do the work FOR you. Those are the lies that were being said. And the lies are being perpetrated (it could just be misunderstanding) by the reps and not the company. Frustrating for me because it hurts those of us who aren't misleading people about a legitimate product and business opportunity.

To Steve who posted on July 16th: Too bad you dropped out when you did, huh? Because now you see that the efusjon app IS on facebook as well as the game. If people were dropping out "left and right" where was his proof? Sounds like you got mixed up with a bad upline. BTW, if he drops out, you weren't making money on him anyway so what does it matter to you? The business, like any other BUSINESS, will work for those who work at it.

We tried on numerous occassions to spread the word that the efusjon deal was a scam and people are going to get hurt…the facebook partnership was the crux of the recruiting of new members for this scam, not to mention that the so called healthy energy drink cannot be proven…efusjon used other companies informations and writings to tout their BS product and opportunity…we too saw this deal going under many, many months ago but people chose to listen to the hype and the watch the BS videos by Derek and join against their commob sense…its too bad companies like efusjon and guys like Derek Broes are out there as someone said earlier spewing the lies…efusjon and Derek deserve everything they get with their…bad product, bad management, bad company and terrible lies to the public…

Derek Broes is so full of crap the dude is a bullshit artist. I talked to Noy his partner in crime and he told me in July that he hoped the FaceBook app would be delayed becuse it was not going to be as big as the hype. He then said I will really have to work after that and then laughed. What an Idiot I got him to spill the beans. I quite 5 minutes later.

Is efusjon a scam? No, it is simply an example of how a few guys obtained distributing rights to a good energy drink and suckered a lot of people into buying it AT RETAIL PRICE to either use it personally or market it. Of course this stupid business decision was based on wild promises from the MLM gurus that their so-called down line would fill in immediately after Facebook came on board….NOT!!!

The genius who made up the incredibly silly juvenile game to lure in more suckers should be sent back to complete kindergarten!…..and I believe the game is still active on Facebook. The only interest it would spark, in those who checked out this pre-school level game, would be identity of the clowns who created it.

We have spent hundreds of dollars on Efusjon and have a lifetime supply now…..The Efusjon team strategy of filling in the “matrix” has failed. Being aware of the unrest in the trenches, wouldn’t you think that the CEO would consider giving a price break to his/her distributors??? As in every pyramid scheme one has to be first in line to make any kind of profit. Hat’s off and BRAVO to the Efusjon team for their big victory over the beaten and bloodied MATRIX……The old piece of advice “Stick with what you know” comes to mind.

We started our efusjon business in July and two months in have seen our income double the first month, triple the second and 6 days into October already doubled again. The product is excellent and we are enjoying consuming them and sharing them with others.
It’s working. That’s all we know. It’s working. Can’t ask for more than that!

I was in eFusjon a while ago – before the “facebook” launch, and here is the TRUTH: There is no way on God’s green earth that President Rob Towles did not know about the rampant false information being put out. He had Derek Broes, Loren Middag and Mike Rangel on the front lines on the pulse of everything going on. The TRUTH is that they KNEW that the 57% growth they saw in June was ONLY because of the lies – and they all kept their mouths shut for fear of losing out on the false earnings. Instead of doing the right thing, they attempted to cash in thinking everything would be OK. Well its not ok to lie to get people’s money. And they are paying dearly. The company went from 50,000 to just a couple thousand in less than 2 months. Now they are looking at bankruptcy if they cant get momentum by Thanksgiving. You’ll see.

If you are reading this and you are like me- one who believes in the industry and doesn’t tolerate the liars and idiots that give the industry a bad name, come to our group at FB called “Level 6″. I founded it on those principals.

READ THIS: At the end of August these were the statistics:

14% of all members of Efusjon were getting paid

This means that remaining 86% of us were waisting money and were living on a false hope of how much potentially we could make!

If you ar not affiliated with Facebook and Mark Z. THAN DO NOT BRING HIM UP IN A MEETING!

For 7 months being in Efusjon, I got paid once $27…. ha haha I was selling it to myself as he time went on

I tried to warn my roommate about this back in July. How can anyone make money from such an overpriced product? What really suprised me was how well they nearly covered their tracks. They spent an awsome amount of time front-loading keywords to their sites so that a search for negatives would lead you back to sales or pro efusjon sites. Including ones that promise the “real” truth. It was tough finding this one. the top guys have made their money. The “Dupped” are leaving in droves. If this MLM last beyond Feb 2010 I’ll be shocked.

eFusjon is priced competitively considering that it offers a health alternative. The pay plan is exceptional and they just announced an increase of 1.25% on all 15 levels. I believe they are just getting started as they gear up for international launch.

The key with any business in this industry is sticking with it. You won’t make huge money till your 6th or 7th month…even if you put it hard work. That is reality folks with any opportunity. For those that work the biz hard and treat it like a job, there is success waiting in the near future.

I was a bit fortunate, but I have hundreds on my team and have made ten fold on my money put into the system.

I come from other companies, and the payplan at efusjon is for real. No other complan pays 15 levels deep at 4.5% on each level. It only takes three people to qualify for that.

Maximum payout is over 700,000 dollars monthly. Even if you miss the maximum by 90% you still earn 70,000 dollars monthly. This isn’t hard. Dealing with people is hard. Most people do not have the courage to seek and find and work to win!

Efusjon is floundering. At present they are desperately trying to hang on to distributors by allowing them to resign and reorganize higher up in their matrix. The Facebook fiasco has thrown the comapny into a doward spiral. The dollar figures they promise are simply unattainable unless you’re at the very top. Misinformation is rampant. The only good press is the paid for kind.

Why is anyone listening to Derek Broes or ANY of the claims being made that are not backed by the CEO of the company and no where on the website???

Look, If you have joined Efusjon because someone told you something that is not true then my advice to you is to learn the truth about Efusjon!!! It really is a remarkable system and great opportunity! I have done several other MLM businesses and they don’t compare with Efusjon! The sign up fee is $30.00, total monthly commitment about $165.00 and the potential is in the high 6 figures MONTHLY! If you are only 10% successful, you are still making a substanial income that is based on total sales volume. Plus, I do love the product and would buy it even if there was not the potential to earm extra money! That’s my opinon and I’m sticking with it until Efusjon triumphs in court! They have not endorsed the statements made therefore not liable.

I ask you to consider the following: If you go to work on Monday and tell your boss that your co-worker promised that you would get a raise, what do you think your boss would say? Mine would laugh in my face.

Therefore, don’t blame the company because one of your friends used a manipulation technique to sell you on Efusjon. Blame your friend for their own lack of character. I have not told anyone in my downline any such things! Just the truth…great product, awesome opportunity BUT what you do with it is up to you!!!!
