TamPogo Logo I stumbled upon a network marketing opportunity called Tampogo this morning while trying to get to the bottom of the so-called iJango scam.

You can check it out at Tampogo.com.

It seems to be identical to iJango and it doesn't cost anything to join. And you don't have to sit through a black & white video of an earnest huckster - Cameron Sharpe - claiming he had the original idea to "network" Google.

Tampogo and iJango are so similar their respective Terms & Conditions are almost identical. They must share the same legal team. They certainly share the same destiny.

This from TamPogo:

3.1 - Adherence to the TamPogo Marketing and Compensation Plan

Network Partners must adhere to the terms of the TamPogo Compensation Plan as set forth in official TamPogo literature. Network Partners shall not offer the TamPogo opportunity through, or in combination with, any other system, program, or method of marketing other than that specifically set forth in official TamPogo literature. Network Partners shall not require or encourage other current or prospective Direct Customers or Network Partners to participate in TamPogo in any manner that varies from the program as set forth in official TamPogo literature. Network Partners shall not require or encourage other current or prospective Direct Customers or Network Partners to execute any agreement or contract other than official TamPogo agreements and contracts in order to become a TamPogo Network Partner. Similarly, Network Partners shall not require or encourage other current or prospective Direct Customers or Network Partners to make any purchase from, or payment to, any individual or other entity to participate in the TamPogo Compensation Plan other than those purchases or payments identified as recommended or required in official TamPogo literature.

This from iJango:

Tampogo makes it sound so easy. Sign up 8 and have them sign 8, and pretty soon you've got 16,000,000 network partners. You make $1.20 per person you sign up. Is there anything more interesting out there?

I checked it out and while there are similar programs out there, some one has to come along and improve the system. I think TamPogo has. They have a powerful mission and the top people aren't even taking a salary, every dime they earn will go to feed my starving children. It looks like they have a real mission to help people. A barking dog doesn't chase a parked car….so I say give it a shot and I am sure they will have glitches along the way, but with good accountability, they can improve and make the system better. Don't knock what you don't know or compare a cover that looks like another cover. There is something called innovation.

    3 concerns with iJango… Just 3?

    1. No real product. Just a repackage of other products.
    2. No facts available. Nowhere can you find how much they will pay you for anything. The closest they get is "a percentage of the profit"… Who's profit and how do you really know how much that is?
    3. Cameron Sharpe – A scammers scammer!
    4. Ultimatematch dating – Ultimate Match Travel – Ultimatechoice Travel – iJourney – Nexcel VOIP – iJango… These are all the new faces of this company in past 4 or 5 years. Pick one will ya Steve!
    5. Ask your upline how many times the company has rearranged their matrix lately. How would you like to loose your entire downline because "that's just the way it is"

I'd go on but I trust you get the point.

Excellent Overview on TAMPOGO Vs. IJangle.

As one who also researches every recession proof business there is, I too compared the both, and to be honest, I almost laughed when I first researched IJangle. Seems funny names like Yahoo, Google, Twitter, and now iJangle and TAMPOGO are the rage.

No matter how many ways I looked at iJangle, I saw zero value, and at $150.00 plus $19.95 a month for a rather bland portal with nothing but affiliate links which everybody and their Mother are already promoting, what are you getting for your money?

Simply put, with iJangle you are purchasing the business opportunity, and then reselling it to others, and this is illegal, and for the same reasons Excell was folded, FTC was moving in on the same basis that iJangle is built on, selling the opportunity, and not any retail products other than affiliate rebate deals, not very impressive at all, and I have seen them all, so I know what I am talking about.

TAMPOGO is a winner, not only because it is free, which makes it viral, perfect for the majority of people who are not marketers or sales people, so referring those like you would to your MySpace, FaceBook, YouTube or Twitter is easy, but imagine how powerful referring people would be if the were to get paid to do so. Now you have the perfect passive perpetual value oriented convenience and income all rolled into one site, TAMPOGO.

I enjoyed this overview for I too have been hit with iJangle and when I evaluated it, there was nothing there, totally a waste, so think long and hard before wasting your money on iJangle.

    Success to all,

    Interesting,

As time has gone by, I am now more than ever convinced, iJango is a short time scam at best, and TamPogo is a sure winner.

I have had time to research them both and listen in on conference calls from corporate and it is night and day, so the comments made that they were identical is far from true.

First, iJango is charging $150.00 plus $19.95 a month for nothing more than a portal which you can pretty much duplicate for free from Google, FireFox or AOL, so no value, and the shopping portal is nothing more than the same old same old affiliate offers where you earn back 1% to 3% on average on sales through your portal. Big deal, if you think your are going to attract users by promoting it on the internet, forget it, there are millions of similar affiliate sites to choose from.

Simply put, it is selling air, a nothing no value portal of little convenience as promoted. It is all about the money, plain and simple, and the opposite is true about TamPogo, they barely mention earnings, they are focuses on true verifiable savings, and having evaluated several random prices from their initial shopping portal, this is the focus along with feeding starving children, not making Steve and Cameron millions off the back of suckers.

Sorry to be so harsh, but when I first read this blog about the two being the same, I almost choked. lol They are night and day when you do your due diligence which I have. An example of savings I researched tells it all. I checked out a Guess Ladies Watch listing for $359. and in searching for the best internet price I used Shopzilla. As Amazon usually comes up with best price, it was $279. and TamPogo was only $139.95, half the price of Amazon price, not that is significant. I found similar 50% savings on other watches and jewelry.

As far as health and nutrition products, I have researched them all, and I look for quality and TamPogo offers the best products on the market. Since Resveratrol is a hot anti aging cell rejuvenation breakthrough all over news shows like 60 Minutes, it is one of the hottest products on market, so I compared ingredients to find the best match, and there was only a couple out of a dozen which were close in quality. The prices for closest ingredients was $44.95 and TamPogo was $28.95, again, a significant savings.

Keep in mind that even with these super low prices, this is just the benefit to members who purchase these same products elsewhere, so this is something everyone is looking for, savings on name brand products and the convenience of online shopping. I look at TamPogo as the Amazon WalMart model, and unlike Sam's Club, Costco and BJ's which charge a fee to be a wholesale member, TamPogo is FREE, no FEE, pretty impressive.

Let us not forget that TamPogo is a fundraiser for feeding starving children worldwide and this is a non-profit organization. Each purchase feeds a child for a full week, so there is a reason beyond saving money which motivates people to shop at TamPogo, it helps others.

This is also something local non-profit organizations will want to research. This is what attracted me to begin with. Having worked in the non-profit industry, I know how difficult it is in a recession to attract volunteers and ample donors to meet the needs of fundraisers. TamPogo offers a real solution, and is the first non-profit to reward volunteers, as well as offers true savings for donors, another first. As we know, most sell overpriced cookie dough, wrapping paper and candy bars most don't want or need, so volunteers have to sell them, with TamPogo, it is not selling, it is telling, and ask any volunteer which they would rather do and the answer will always be the same, no selling.

So in conclusion, there is no comparison between TamPogo and iJango other than similar silly names. lol Join TamPogo for the right reasons, you are saving money, you are helping others save money, and you are earning money while helping feed starving children, and in my case, raising money for my local charities. There is no better feel good business than TamPogo and when you listen to mission statement of CEO Chuck Stebbins, his message is a far cry different than that of Steve Smith get rich quick message. lol

    Success to all,
