I see a number which are trying to come to market right now which will not certainly work and will end up damaging the market as they simply do not work sufficiently to protect any product for a sufficient length of time. Please take a look at the "Drop-Top dispensing closure technology" from the Star-one Group. They were just inssured a patent in November of 2009 and this will directly compete with the blastcap technology. So to say "Nobody" will develop a product and compete with Yoli is nonsense. Just no the facts before you get sucked in! I know that the founders made a lot of money in Network Marketing, but i also know how much it costs to properly launch a Network Marketing company and Xango has deep enough pockets to drag out a lawsuit and give Yoli a big headache and bigger ache in the bank account.
