Black comes to Agel with deep experience in global supply chains.  He understands how to work within international systems even in some of the most difficult trade markets and his systems take advantage of the best solutions for shipping rates, domestic or international manufacturing and distribution channels.  Black has consulted and worked for billion-dollar companies in the direct selling industry where he implemented First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory systems, extended shelf life for products with expirations and realized higher turns and reduced cost of goods.  He oversaw research and development of new products and implemented tighter specifications in manufacturing to meet objective quality targets and compliance standards.

Fred defines himself as an operations expert in cowboy boots and as someone who champions unfettered organizational honesty.  He proudly admits that he is not constrained by the conventional nor afraid to pioneer new solutions when tradition is tired.
