COPPELL, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mannatech, Incorporated (NASDAQ: MTEX), a global pioneer in the development of high-quality health, weight and fitness, and skin care solutions based on nutritional science, announced today the opening of a corporate office in Markham, Ontario, Canada.

The new office provides work space for Canadian employees as well as meeting space for local independent sales Associates and will support growth opportunities among the diverse population of the greater Toronto area.

A grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting ceremony were attended by Mannatech executives including Wayne Badovinus, president and CEO; Al Bala, senior vice president, global sales development; and Dr. Stephen Boyd, senior director of medical affairs. Markham Regional Councillor Gord Landon was also in attendance along with many Mannatech Associates who were on hand for the festivities.

“The opening of this office demonstrates a real commitment to the Canadian market and the huge growth potential it represents,” said Sandy Cantin, Canada sales director for Mannatech.

Mannatech has done business in Canada since 1995.

    Mannatech certainly is spreading it’s wings. Last month they expanded into 4 more European countries and rumor has it they will cover all of Europe within 18 months or so.
