Randy Schroeder Leaves MonaVie As Distributor For A Job?

This one I do not get.  We can speculate that Schroeder did not have much success in bringing his team over to MonaVie from Agel and MonaVie is being nice by rewarding him with a job. I also don't see this flying with guys like Orrin Woodward and Brig Hart, arguably the two most influential leaders in MonaVie.

Here is an excerpt from a letter to MonaVie distributors from Randy Schroeder:

Recently, the MonaVie Executive Team approached us about the possibility of departing from our conventional distributor role to take on a new role. The new role would consist of us helping to replicate the success of the above-mentioned domestic model on a global scale. After careful thought and prayerful consideration, we have chosen to accept the proposal.

Though no longer a distributor in the conventional sense of the word, we remain independent, and we are not considered employees of MonaVie. In this new position, our focus will be on helping you build your businesses internationally. We have relinquished our own personal distributorship and position, and no longer receive compensation from the distributor compensation plan. Rather, we are compensated based on the success of the international markets (excluding the United States and Japan). Simply put, we will be traveling the world of MonaVie as your advocate, providing training and guidance, regardless of group or system affiliations.

I think Randy Schroeder most of all loves a challenge and probably gets more juice from starting up new projects. He is so full of energy and finds it hard to sit still at dinner he has said in the past!

By the way, Randy was actually a special guest speaker of Brig’s at the R3Global Family Reunion in August. Why would either Orrin or Brig be upset that Randy is now helping them instead of competing with them?

My point about Orrin and Brig is that they like to control the message to their groups. It’s why Orrin actually has more people attending his meetings than MonaVie (the company) has attending theirs. Weird dynamic, that’s all. Why would a distributor stop building (and supporting?????) his team to take on this new post if his team was growing and prospering? Why would Orrin and Bring want Randy training their people when he obviously did not build much of a MonaVie team himself.

It’s all speculation Ty and you are simply playing devil’s advocate by putting a negative spin on everything.

***Steve, if you think everything on this blog has a negative spin, you haven’t read much of the blog. Of course some of what I write is speculation and opinion, it’s my blog.***

    Adam,

You are saying that Randy Schroeder built a team of 50,000 people in roughly 12 months?

    B.S.

Prove that to be true and that he wasn’t given a position with people already on his team and I will print out every article on this blog related to MonaVie and eat them one by one.

    Hi Ty,

I know for a fact Randy Schroeder built a team of over 50k in 12 months with no legs under him. For starters he was sponsored direct by the company. I also have some very clsoe friends that joined right under him. That I have known for years and trust very much.

They all have way over 30k under them. Mate Randy Schroeder is one of the most talented and respected network marketing professionals in the industry.

    Kind Regards

Ty, start eating buddy. I know it for a fact to be true. Randy has 19 years experience in the industry and a track record of building successful organizations and making millions. I’m not even involved in Monavie and I know it as a fact. If you want the truth, talk to the pros, they will tell you.

    Ty,
To know the truth shall set you free. Ask Randy himself for the proof, which will produce the truth. I know this is your blog and you are entitled to your own opinions; but having 1st hand knowledge is a tool that provides great reporting.

In this industry as long as we continue to bash one another we leave very little room for growth within ourselves.

    God Bless,

    Ty,

Just because you didn’t do it,, doesn’t mean in your view it can’t be done. Simple look at Xango Distributor Sherman Unkefer and how many distributors he put into a downline in 12 mths and also 24 mths

Dr. Taylor is a hack who can’t stand behind his research.

” A real job beats MLM.” heheh. That’s a good one.

More evidence that you and your padres make a conclusion and then attempt to make up crap to back it up. We have roughly a 10% unemployment rate in the U.S. today, but you can choose to ignore the facts.

In addition, Mr. Thomas, you have quotes on your web site attributed to me that I never said.
