After pledging a 10-year, $1 million donation for the Dr. P. Phillips Orlando Performing Arts Center, Tupperware Brands Corp. landed the naming rights for the center’s 300-plus seat community hall, which will be called the Tupperware Brands Community Hall Stage.

According to a release, the stage — located at the center of the complex — will host local events such as emerging arts groups, educational programing and University of Central Florida student performances.

“We strongly believe in the mission of the Dr. P. Phillips Orlando Performing Arts Center to create a multicultural center for arts and education for all to enjoy,” said Rick Goings, chairman and CEO of Tupperware Brands, in a prepared statement.

In addition to naming rights, Tupperware-branded signage will be installed around the stage.
