Pyxism a New Travel Scam?

Has anyone heard of Pyxism? I stumbled on this new Travel MLM yesterday...looks like your typical hype-filled, travel scam with some kind of "revolutionary" matrix compensation plan.

If you have any information let us know and leave a comment. You can check out the company at http://pyxism.com/

  1. Actually.. Pyxism is different. The owner has integrity and a great reputation. I am truly hoping that this will be different.

I heard yesterday Pyxism has already changed their comp plan.

  3. I looked into Pyxism when it was in pre-launch. I just don’t trust the whole travel voucher thing. It looks to me to be the same as the others… but who knows, I have never tried any of these and here is why.

I LOVE to travel ( that is why I always look at the travel MLMs) When I travel, I want to go where I want, when I want for however long I want to go for!

With Pyxism or the one’s that came before it, you pay for vouchers and from what I understand you can’t always go where you want or when you want.

I have places to go, already mapped and planned.

Hi Ty, just saw your video that Ann Sieg sent out about your new blogging course. Looking forward to that. Anyway, back to Pyxism….I signed on with Pyxism early on during the pre-launch and decided t document my experience with it. You can get all the gory details at (http://pyxism-mlm.blogspot.com) but to cut a long story short, there were several red flags for me and I got out of it in short order. There were some lessons learned however, so that is always useful. The bottom line is at the end of the day, you have to trust your gut, I should have known that when I started writing a blog about my experience, anyway. I don’t think it’s a scam – they are licensed travel resellers – but I don’t like the way it is managed and they are definitiely old school MLM marketers. Cheers, Patch

  5. I don’t know much about Pyxism but the MLM travel industry seems suspicious to me when there are a ton of online places to book travel and even great hotel deals like Priceline where you name your price.

I love hunting down great travel deals. I’m with Heather when it comes to travel. I’d like to go where and when it suits me and not forced to go based on certain dates, blackouts and so forth.

With YTB and other suspicous companies- wondering if it’s even a viable opportunity. What do y’all think?

  6. Their support is almost dead.I sent three emails without reply.
Another thing that I don’t like about this is that they frequently change their system/plan as their business plan is really weak. Not sure when they decide to close their business as well.In fact, most of the people who join it is just for making money not for any travel product. This is true for all the travel companies based on MLM model.

  7. Michael says:

Scam company, I cant make call, I try make reservation, very hard, no results. I send email so many times, no reply. Be careful. Thanks
