Elizabethtown-based Cutting Edge Media, Inc. announced today that Peter Wilson, former Managing Director and U.S. Head of Technology, Software and Services at KPMG Corporate Finance, has been named President and Chief Executive Officer effective immediately.
Wilson had been with KPMG Corporate Finance, a global mid-market investment banking practice, since 2000. During his tenure with KPMG, he focused extensively on technology-enabled businesses and marketing services. His clients have included companies such as Webclients, Affiliate Fuel, Media Whiz, Neverblue Media, and Vayan Marketing. Over the last several months, Wilson had been serving on an Advisory Board for Cutting Edge Media, Inc., assisting the Company leadership on a range of issues and opportunities.
