What Was Bazi XELR8 Thinking?
Posted on 25. Jan, 2010 by Ty Tribble.
***A warm welcome to our Text Early Adopters. In the side panel of the site, you can sign up for Text messages from the MLM Blog. This is for breaking news delivered directly to your phone. We are not sending a text each time the site updates, but rather big/breaking news alerts.***
This one baffles me. XLER8 is getting out of the MLM business and appears to be taking their product retail.
While I'm pretty sure that Bazi is a fine product, it (the product) is not the asset at XELR8. The people are the asset. There is a reason that two of the richest entrepreneurs in the world (Richard Branson and Warren Buffet) now own Network Marketing companies. Other business leaders with huge previous success, like Chris Hausman and Joe O'Conner are focused on Network Marketing as well through their company, EIRO Research.
While the entire world is heading towards Network/Relationship Marketing as a business model (see Twitter, Facebook and Social Media Marketing), XELR8 decides to go backwards.
Their loss.

EIRO Research Launches Reduced Calorie Energy Drink
Posted on 18. Nov, 2009 by Ty Tribble.
Dallas, Texas – November 17, 2009 – EIRO Research, a Dallas-based nutritional company, launched EIRO Energy 25 Calorie, a 25 calorie version of its natural energy drink, on November 16, 2009.
EIRO Energy is a natural, healthful alternative to conventional energy drinks, and EIRO Energy 25 Calorie contains the same natural energy blend and balanced levels of caffeine that are found in original EIRO Energy. All EIRO energy drinks contain a proprietary blend of guarana, green tea, ginseng and gingko biloba to give the mind and body a balanced boost. EIRO Energy 25 Calorie also contains health-promoting antioxidants and important vitamins, like vitamin C and B-complex vitamins.
“What’s not in EIRO Energy is just as important as what is,” explains David Rahm, MD, chief medical officer of EIRO Research. “Just like the original version of EIRO Energy, EIRO Energy 25 Calorie contains no synthetic caffeine, no carbonation, no refined sugars, no taurine, and no preservatives. This is the perfect solution for health conscious individuals who want a low calorie energy drink that provides sustained energy and mental clarity without the typical crash and burn.”
The launch of EIRO Energy 25 Calorie immediately follows the launch of EIROfit, EIRO Research’s comprehensive weight management system that includes 2 new products: a meal replacement shake, EIRO Lean, and a metabolism boosting supplement, EIRO Burn. The EIROfit system also includes dietary and exercise recommendations and a customized online tracking system.
“The addition of EIRO Energy 25 Calorie is phenomenal news for all associates, especially those on the EIROfit system,” says EIRO founding partner, Ty Tribble. “EIRO Energy 25 Calorie fits into the dietary recommendations of the EIROfit system, plus, when blended together, 1 can of EIRO Energy 25 Calorie and 2 scoops of EIRO Lean powder make an energizing, filling 165 calorie shake. It’s perfect for people trying to lose weight, or simply those looking for a healthful energy boost!”

How Does The EIRO Weight Loss System Work?
Posted on 16. Nov, 2009 by Ty Tribble.
From EIRO Pharmacist:
So, how does EiroLean™ work and why am I not hungry when I use the EiroLean meal replacement shake? To answer this question, we need to discuss the Eiro RS™ Technology. Why do most “diets” fail? Because you are hungry! The genetic predisposition to eat is always greater than our will power not to eat unless certain metabolic conditions are met. Only when the brain thinks we are full will the cascade of hormonal events be in place for us to not be hungry and preferentially burn fat as fuel. This is the whole concept behind Eiro’s RS Technology.
By combining 4 different types of resistant starch along with soluble and insoluble fiber, EiroLean can restrict calories and still provide satiety (the absence of hunger). Resistant starch cannot be digested in the stomach or small intestine. It can only be digested in the large intestine by the normal gut flora. These beneficial bacteria of the large intestine break down resistant starch into short chain fatty acids (SCFA). One particular SCFA called butyrate might block the body’s ability to burn carbohydrates. According to Janine Higgins, PhD, nutrition research director for the Univ. of Colorado’s Clinical Research Center, “Carbohydrates are the body’s preferred source of fuel. Butyrate can prevent the liver from using carbs as fuel and, instead, stored body fat and recently consumed fat are burned.”(1) A study by Higgins et al showed that replacing 5.4% of the carbohydrate content of a meal with resistant starch increased fat oxidation by 23%. This study showed that this increase is apparently sustained throughout the day, even if only one meal contains resistant starch, and the increased fat oxidation is maintained if one consumes resistant starch on a daily basis.
It appears from this study that resistant starch changes the order in which the body burns food. Usually carbohydrates are burned first, but when resistant starch is present, dietary fat is burned first, before it has a chance to be stored as body fat.(2) If you couple Dr. Higgins study with the pilot study just completed by Eiro Research then the evidence is compelling that resistant starch has a dramatic impact on weight management, especially when incorporated into a support program like EiroFit. Numerous studies have demonstrated that resistant starches from high amylose corn (like the Hi-Maize® found in EiroLean) promotes intestinal/colonic health through its fermentation and action as a prebiotic fiber. It encourages the growth of health-promoting bacteria, reduces pH, and increases the production of butyrate.
We have discussed how butyrate contributes to weight management but it also is important for colon health.(3) EiroLean allows us the health benefits of resistant starches while restricting calories, without feeling hungry: a win-win situation, and with proven results, a home-run in the weight management industry.

I Lost 25 Pounds So Far With EIRO’s Weight Loss System – Ty Tribble
Posted on 13. Nov, 2009 by Ty Tribble.
EIROfit is a simple, great tasting and inexpensive weight loss system. Combined, my wife Richelle and I have lost nearly 40 pounds.
I have tried the magic pills, shakes and cleanses, but they always turned out to be complicated, horrible tasting or I found myself starving an hour after my shake. With EIROfit, I am not at all hungry in between shakes and I even eat less for dinner. I am told it has to do with EIRO's RS technology. RS stands for resistant starch and EIROlean is the only meal replacement on the market that contains this technology.
And it's not just Richelle and I. In the 8 week pilot study, the average weight loss for those who completed the study was over 20 pounds. 19 people lost a total of 467 pounds in 8 weeks! Many of these success stories will be featured in the May issue of Your Business At Home Magazine.
Along with EIROlean, EIROburn helps your metabolism kick into gear. Then you get to track your results on the EIROtrack site that has a built in social media community to help you get your questions answered and support your weight loss goals.
