And the worst was yet to come.
Luckily my main site MLMBlog.net was backed up. I use the word “lucky” loosely because it cost me nearly $2,000 to get it fixed (including my lost revenue from downtime).
But that wasn’t even the worst of it. You see this malicious hacker hit me via my (former) host and knocked out every single site I had up online….it was a full scale disaster. My TyTribble.com site that was averaging 400-600 unique visitors each day was done to zero in no time flat. Yep, The Google doesn’t like you spreading malware across the Internets…so my site was quickly gone from the search engines.
Wait, I’m not done.
The larger issue was the fact that TyTribble.com had not been backed up properly and (you guessed it)…I lost everything. Years of hard work down the drain with the simple push of a button by a spineless no-name hacker. I had to start my site all over from scratch.
Since that fateful day, I have learned a lot about WordPress Security and lately I have noticed that there has been an increase in attacks on WordPress Blogs.
But don’t worry my blogging compadre, I have a solution for you.
My crack tech-team has put together a video course that will walk you through the strategies that I use to protect myself from hackers, malware, brute force attacks and more.
It’s the kind of simple, step-by-step stuff that my subscribers love and this time it’s all about protecting your hard work from the bad guys.
