Avon Products Inc. has said about 400 jobs will be cut when the beauty products supplier closes a manufacturing plant in suburban Cincinnati.
The company sent a letter dated Tuesday to the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Service notifying the agency of the cuts at its plant in Springdale.
New York-based Avon says work will be moved to Avon plants in Illinois, Mexico and China and to a contract manufacturer in New Jersey.
