This is not logical. If the upline in BWW really makes money when you make money, (so they say), then why would they have a seperate profit center attached to everything that teaches you how to make money?

Profit in Standing Order Tape and Book: $40/Month per IBO*
That means that each Britt Eagle is worth $200 a month in tapes and book profit to someone upline.**
The truly sad thing is that most of these "Eagles" will never make money in Quixtar.
*Tapes cost between $.0.20-$1.00 each to produce and the profit in books is given a low estimate of $3.60.
**One book per month and 1.5 tapes per week mutiplied by 5 IBOs using the figures above to estimate upline profit.
Now with gas so high I guess they will go up on their prices and keep Ibo's broker! But they can deduct it off their taxes, I forgot!

I made $498 in Quixtar Bonus.
I made $250 in Retail Sales.
$898 + $498 + $250 = $1,646.

I'm not a platinum and I am making money in the system. So can everyone. I only have 6 in my down line, and I made over $1000 last month.
Quixtar & BWW works if you will work it.
Many people won't make money in Quixtar because they are not willing to work. Many people will not make a lot of money in Quixtar because they are not willing to work hard. I'll be the first to admit that I am not working hard, that is why I am not a diamond.

I used to be a 1,000 pv pin winner. I did most of the pv (450.) I had a big enough group to support 4,000. 50 or so people.

Actually, "that $60 million guy" could be Dave Taylor, who does in fact make about 60-70 mil a year, but I doubt he would use "LOL" in his blog posts. In fact, if I were him, I wouldn't even dignify this lame-ass site with a comment; needless to say, it's not Dave Taylor.
There's one thing everyone in the Quixtar business needs to understand: Are you going to listen to a handful of schmoes on a low-budget blog site about how Quixtar is "ghey," or are you going to listen to Bill Britt and your upline and hundreds of thousands of others who have made this business profitable? Before comparing the Bonus checks, let us compare the characters too. One idiot wrote, "it is amazing how many people consider being successful is how many people follow you". Are you a 1000 pin, or at 1000 PV? the first several pins in Quixtar are as follows:
1000, 2500, 4000, 7500 (silver), 7500 for 3 months (gold), 7500 for 6 months (Platinum).
You could be 1000 PIN w/ 2499 PV, right? I can understand retail sales profits of 250 and a 500 Quixtar bonus at 2499 PV, or even 1500 PV (I made $1500 @ 4000 PV, $700 @ 2500 PV, and $250 at 1000 PV on my bonus).
The question I'm writing about is the BWW income. BWW does NOT pay bonuses out to people who are NOT Platinums!! Are you buying BWW tapes/CDs/LitPacks/etc and selling them to your downline at double the price? If that's true, you're downline isn't sticking around for long..
I'm all for Quixtar and BWW, but what's the deal w/ a 1000 pin tool differential??

As for the BWW Eagle system..
Being in the business for a while, I've found that if I sponsor someone and they DON'T come to the functions or open meetings, they DON'T BUILD THE BUSINESS! The tool system is a good way to educate your group, duplicate yourself, and keep you and your group motivated.
If you KNEW that unless your new personally-sponsored IBO was on standing-order, has their function ticket, is listening to CDs, is reading books, is on CommuniKATE.. that unless they did all of this, they would fail, wouldn't you try and get your new IBO on these programs? Put simply, if you're not learning how to build the business AND yourself, and attending the meetings you're not going anywhere in the business. How could you? You wouldn't know how..
Now, let's take this a step further. If you KNEW that unless your IBOs were on these programs they were quitting, you can bet that you'd want as many people as possible in your group on these steps. Now, as you use your upline and the 'bigger team' in your area to edify, promote, and grow your group, you've not got a huge group that's getting educated and is 'plugged-in'.
But wait! Now, you have a group that you have to distribute 50 CDs a week to, 50 books a month, and you're keeping up to date on KATE w/ messages daily/weekly.. And you're not getting paid for it!? This is where the tool money comes in!! HELLO!!??
Many criticize Emeralds and Diamond for making BIG money on tools. If you had a group that you needed to distribute 400 CDs a week into and weren't getting paid for it, let's be honest, you'd be PISSED!
Now the real question is, could these people even have gone Emerald and Diamond at ALL if it wasn't for the power of the tool system?
I know that if it wasn't for the uplifting books and the stories of hope on standing order(much less the CDs that tell you how to BUILD the business) I wouldn't have gotten nearly as far as I am in business now.

Why do so many of us (myself included) find it necessary to write?
Quixtar business model? Tools? lost money? Money you didn't make, skepticism?
For the sake of argument lets briefly compare traditional business models with MLM business models.
5 days a week employee's go to work and trade time for money. They will learn new skills, meet possible get promoted, and if they invest properly their 401k will provide a nice retirement for them. seems like a good deal – until outsourcing takes their job, or until they like many GM employees are terminated after years of employment.
MLM business owner, 5 days a week can choose to learn about his business, can choose to invest in personal development and can choose to do the hard work to build his organization.
So, how are Bill Britt and Bill Gates different? Both have perfected a system. Bill Gates gave a us a system whereby an average moron like myself can function quite nicely in the world of computing by knowing very little about computers. Others have also found it very helpful and so, even though everyone of us has dealt with the frustration of a software lock-up, most of us still use it. At the end of the day, Bill Gates system works, and everytime I use it, I reinforce his belief that he did a good thing, has helped many people and should be paid well for it. but we don't attack Bill Gates as a person because he opened a store front and has employees – somewhere in our minds that makes him credible??
Bill Britt (if what I am reading is true) also developed a system, a system where he use tools(?) presumable to educate people on how to do what they have chosen to do better so that they can make more money. earning a self promotion. he makes money for having done so and obviously has helped numerous others build wealth as well.
So, with any MLM anyone willing to do the work can build whatever sized organization they choose, as long as they do they work.
in my traditional job I work 7a-7p 5 days a week, one of my bosses told me I have the best work ethic he's seen, I also have three degrees and a graduate degree. And I still trade time for money.
So as I investigate this MLM thing, Quixtar, alticor, BWW and so on I see a trend emerging that I find intriguing.
No where in all this hubbub have I found criticisms of poor broke people.
For every person firing criticism at Bill Gates, Lee Iacocca, Bill Britt or even Brittany Spears for that matter, it seems one thing is consistent. The person firing complaints and criticism is motivated, by having been involved and not made the money they thought they would, or are detractors like the owner of this site trying to sway into his MLM, or are simply envious of what others have done. Whether or not I'm right doesn't matter, I have a monday through friday job, it pays my bills, and feeds me. but with all this attention heaped upon the MLM systems Quixtar and this Bill Britt guy, I am begining to wonder why is everyone taking aim at him. Must be cuz he is at the top, which is why Oasis, and any many other systems are trying to compare themselves.
Basically, they are all the same in one aspect – if you do the work – you will get paid – oh and it seems the primary difference between MLM's and a job, to get really paid, you actually have to help other people with MLM's. Jobs – just show up, you'll get paid.
So, maybe all this can be summed thus – your income is a reflection of the people you help – Bill Gates helped the world with a system for working computers, isn't it possible that maybe that is all MLM's leaders are trying to do, including the Oasis group?
Seems to me that if EVERYONE was growing and MLM, traditional store fronts would close becuase we were all connecting with people. Just a thought.
I am an IBO in India. Amway B.W.W have been a blessing in my life and there are people giving stupid arguments of Dimonds and other higher pins making money from tapes and books. It is pure commonsense that these liars are trying to hide the fact that if one can make money in cassettes then you can make money in products more easily. you don't need tapes for making money which are just Rs.80/ compared to the products which range from Rs.25 to Rs. 10000/- Obviously there are crooks who want to malign Amway and Britt World Wide. Losers and Quitters can whine a lot.God help them.

Before praising BWW and quixtar too much, just make a financial analysis between what you spent and what you earned out of this business. You'll realize that you're in trouble. Get out before getting screwed too much. If you don't spent money on system, NO BWW WILL BE YOUR SAVOR. If you spend your hard earned money in BWW, then only they'll care you. Be careful about how much you spent. And Never Ever get your upline's help to get a contract job or become a consultant thru' him. If you do that, you're technically a SLAVE and can't get out of quixtar business or BWW with the fear that your job will be in trouble! That's how many Indian Computer Engineers are still in the BWW/Quixtar business. dont be a slave!

I have to say that I have never felt BWW was a cult, and I have read literature put out by Cultwatch, studied Jonestown, Branch Dividians, and other cult disasters before. No one forced me to do anything, and yeah, the tapes/people are going to give a strong viewpoint, but they didn't stop me from leaving a meeting, they didn't pressue me into buying, etc. If I didn't show up ant an event, it was not something I was "punished" for , it was just really on me to build the business as I could. Anyone who let it control them or become "Cult" like, is weak-minded and is someone who would be vulnerable to any sort of "peer pressure"/influence.

Lot of the stuff that is called "negative" is true. You know the brain is very trainable. Quixtar is a great opportunity no doubt, they do everything for an IBO to grow. Infact they have not accredated BWW as a good system to build Quixtar business. The accreditions are mentioned on the quixtar website and you can confirm by calling Quixtar at 8002536500.
Definitely some BWW leaders really are into making money through BWW and pushing tools and tickets etc…. but there are some leaders who are really very honest and do not want any cut… but very few.
As an individual who knows he will make it big in life no matter what vehicle as there are loads of millionaires and billionaires in the world who do not know about this opportunity…. but definitly Quixtar is one of the best companies to work with….. but you think why did you join… why you have to lie to your newest guy today and why there is so much of politics and negative on websites just about tools and no negative for products??????
There is nothing wrong with IBO's that have reached the platinum level and above to make money off the CD's and Books. The CD's tell a story of how someone went emerald, diamond and above. They teach you how to build a profitable business. This is no different the Donald Trump selling books and doing seminars on how to make money the way he did. Robert Kiwasaki is successful business man as well and he has many books on how to be become wealthy. They make millions of their books and seminars. Nobody says anything negative about them making money by teaching their success principles but when it comes to BWW people have a problem with it. All you people that have something negative to say about the BWW system need face the facts. BWW is a great system and if anyone does not make it in the Quixtar Business with the help of BWW did not have a big enough "Dream," to do the work.
