Trey White's Evolv Health has snatched up another Network Marketing company as cPRIME joins the EvolvHealth Corporation.

Previously Evolv merged with Xowii.

Evolv has also been in the news recently as several top leaders from Max International have left Max to join Evolv.

This growth strategy is interesting and could prove effective.  I always wondered why a cash rich company like Amway didn't spur their growth in the U.S. by purchasing smaller but growing MLM companies.

Evolv has come a long way since it's "Water Launch" a couple of years ago, but the cPRIME product might be a step backwards.  My guess is that Evolv is after the people associated with cPRIME and not so much the product line.  In a quick search of the Evolv website, the Xowii products are buried under "Evolv Energy".

Update: This is now official and in my opinion, looks to be a good merger for both companies. I am also posting a video below from Troy Dooley of MLM Help Desk that sheds some light on the merger.

I haven't seen anything official on this yet, but a couple of reports have surfaced that Xowii has merged with Trey White's Evolv.

From the outside it looks like a nice merger.  Xowii has a broader product line and Evolv may have more financial resources.

My guess is that Xowii may have been on the verge of closing it's doors, but saw value in the people and found an amicable solution....just a guess.

Interesting to contrast that with EIRO's Chris Hausman who cut off communication with field leaders, closed the doors, posted a letter on the web site and did not pay the associates for work they did in December, leaving the field leaders to scramble to find a solution.

According to Internet posts, Robert Dean and his "Top Gun" team have left yet another MLM company. More as it comes in.
