Have ten quality conversations a day about your business and focus the conversations around the potential business partner, not around pitching them your deal. Then do your very best to become a "people connector", connecting your potential business partners with a leader on your team.

Yes, you calculated right.  if you are having 10 quality conversations a day/5 days a week, that’s over 200 conversations a month. It’ not rocket science, though.  It’s getting good at connecting and staying consistent until you have enough people on your team doing what you did.
