So, according to this audio clip from the Quixtar Blog, Larry Winters claims that "if you are stupid and can’t count to six, if you can’t do 100PV, and if you are not sharp enough to ask someone if they are interested in making money, than you aint bright enough to be up on the (Quixtar) stage".
Apparently if you owe the IRS $3.2 Million (like Larry Winters), everything is hunky dory and the stage is your oyster.
