I spoke with a Platinum on the TEAM yesterday who told me that his income from the TEAM (system income, i.e. books, CDs, etc) was 2/3 of his overall Quixtar income.

That really is a testament to two things:

  1. An overpriced training system from the TEAM.
  2. A bad compensation plan from Quixtar.

The 2/3 number is interesting because that is the breakdown that I have been told by a number of Quixtar Diamonds and EDCs describing their income (2/3 System, 1/3 Quixtar)

Leaders on the TEAM will argue that the TEAM system compensation plan actually pays more equitable than other system compensation plans, since a Platinum is earning the same type of breakdown that a Diamond earns.

Of course, this says nothing for the people that are not Platinum…non-platinums are spending way more than they are making on the Top 50 CDs, 2 weekly CDs, the monthly book, etc.

I have also been told that the Top 50 CDs were really pushed at the last TEAM events about a month ago. Now people are sitting on 50 CDs published by leaders that are no longer in the business that they are.
