I spoke with a Platinum on the TEAM yesterday who told me that his income from the TEAM (system income, i.e. books, CDs, etc) was 2/3 of his overall Quixtar income.
That really is a testament to two things:
- An overpriced training system from the TEAM.
- A bad compensation plan from Quixtar.
The 2/3 number is interesting because that is the breakdown that I have been told by a number of Quixtar Diamonds and EDCs describing their income (2/3 System, 1/3 Quixtar)
Leaders on the TEAM will argue that the TEAM system compensation plan actually pays more equitable than other system compensation plans, since a Platinum is earning the same type of breakdown that a Diamond earns.
Of course, this says nothing for the people that are not Platinum…non-platinums are spending way more than they are making on the Top 50 CDs, 2 weekly CDs, the monthly book, etc.
I have also been told that the Top 50 CDs were really pushed at the last TEAM events about a month ago. Now people are sitting on 50 CDs published by leaders that are no longer in the business that they are.
If you only have one leg that was stacked for you, and the barest of minimum volume on the side this could happen. Try sponsoring more than a couple of legs. People need to get real in the actual work it takes in any business. YOUR Profit will be determined by number of legs with volume. Do you people get it?
My understanding is that if you have two legs with at least 12 people in each leg, you participate in the system profits. That's far less than the number of people needed to be platinum.
I'm thinking if all the system tools are like that. If Quixtar(Amway) comp plan is that bad, then what now?
I'm a platinum in WWDB and our tool profits are minor compared to our quixtar profits. We make $7 per premiere membership and about a dollar a month from kate members. That's about $300-400 a month from tool money – Our bonus checks from Quixtar range from $2500-$3500 / month – we have a double eagle business most months and clients who buy from our website regularly. Been in 5 years and been platinum 3.

I’m a long time IBO 18+years and this is my 1st year at Platinum…Maybe this fact will get you all the hear me better. I’m not bashing TEAM Or QUIXTAR but if the stats say 3% of all sales are from retail? How do they get this stat? I’ll tell you, it is a M/C or now Client Reporting part of out site that is
auto capture feature and it is also self reported????? What if the self reporting was faked??? Folks, I’m most of the time getting it done right but I’m full time sales person with a 25 year past of full commission sales.
I’m a part of this problem… I have facked my reprting many times to get my check and I only know of 1 -3 out of hundreds that in my group that also do it right. Sad but true and all of you know this…. It’s going to be interesting.
I’m not on TEAM but they are fighting a just fight.
I love Quixtar but I’m starting feel I’m on the wronge TEAM.
Are we legal??? If this point I make is true we are NOT! And this can & will be proved.
