Las Vegas, NV —
August 29, 2006 – Univera LifeSciences, the world’s leading healthy-
aging relationship marketing company, celebrated its 7th annual
convention in Las Vegas this past weekend with three significant
announcements.

Univera Charitable Effort Launched
Affirming
its business model focus on world class products combined with
community service, the company announced the launch of Univera Serve
First, a non-profit charity dedicated to eradicating malnutrition in
America. The charity’s first program, seeded with $1 million of product
contribution from Univera, and matched by over $91,000 in cash raised
at convention from Univera Associates, is delivering Ageless
Essentials™ – a nutritional meal-replacement drink – to impoverished
elementary school children in rural Mississippi. The program is
administered by Vitamin Angels, a non-profit, non-sectarian
organization created in 1994 to fight malnutrition around the world.

"Univera
is dedicated to bringing the best of nature to mankind,” said Stuart
Ochiltree, CEO. “The establishment of Serve First demonstrates our
field/corporate partnership to ensure that those in our own backyard
who are impoverished are not forgotten. We are committed to providing
them with the opportunity for better health, which is fundamental to
development.” Ochiltree referenced studies that have shown children’s
performance in school, academically as well as behaviorally, is better
when their nutritional intake is improved.

“Vitamin Angels,
supported by companies like Univera LifeSciences and Johnson &
Johnson, has been delivering critical nutrients to children in
countries around the globe,” said President, Howard Schiffer. “This
program with Univera Serve First marks a significant effort in the
United States where, according to the US Census Bureau, more than 13.8
million children live in ‘food insecure homes’ and are going hungry on
a regular basis.”

Unifying Company Name Change Announced
The convention also marked
the formal announcement for the company’s name change from Oasis
LifeSciences to Univera LifeSciences. Combined with Univera’s sister
company in Korea (formerly Nam Yang Aloe), Univera’s global business
represents combined annual revenues of over $250 million.  The global
integration gives Univera LifeSciences; one of today’s fastest growing
relationship marketing companies in the United States and the largest
focused upon healthy aging, a pivotal advantage in the billion-dollar
global health and nutrition market.

New Product Delivers Health Benefits
The convention also  saw
the launch of  Razberry-flavored RegeniCARE®, an advanced all-natural
formulation of ingredients that can help restore normal cell and tissue
function, thus promoting healthy connective tissue and improving joint
mobility and ease of motion. RegeniCARE® contains ProtectinTM, a
patented herbal complex that promotes joint health by working in
synergy with proven natural joint-health ingredients. These include
Glucosamine sulfate, Chondroitin sulfate, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane),
CMO (cetyl myristoleate), and Vitamin C.
