This is a great point about Quixtar tools. I have my (Yes Network Marketing – Not Quixtar), new people download 4 getting started training modules for free. We have about 10 training modules altogether, but a person really needs 4 to get their business going.
The information should be free and downloadable.
Quixtar: The Dream or the Scheme:
"Tools are necessary in any profession" – is what I heard taught by
upline. Afterall, a carpenter needs a hammer and a saw, a plumber needs
wrenches, etc etc. In general, this is true. However, I have also
heard from upline teaching that quixtar is a very simple business. Buy
from yourself, sell some stuff, get others to join you. With such a "simple" concept – think about it – how many tapes books and seminars do you need to learn this?
I don’t know any carpenter with 500 hammers and 400 saws. Do you?
Tools are called tools because it sounds better than calling them fertilizer. It is definitely more marketable. What guy doesn't want to buy more tools? Very few people see the value in buying excess amounts of shit.
Both are used or meant to promote growth, right? 🙂
Network Marketing tools are CDs that cost 75 cents and brochures that cost 50 cents…throw in a product sample and you have a package that you can give to a potential business partner.
This type of tool helps you build your business.
Weekly hype CD's do nothing of the sort.
You only obliquely answered my question. Why are they called "tools"? The post you reference seems to think they are for educational purposes only. What does a carpenter learn from a hammer?
Also, why the reference to "weekly hype CDs"? I fully agree that a "weekly hype CD" would not be particularly productive. Is that what you got in Quixtar with your LOA? Was there no education? Were their no CDs that could be loaned to specific prospects? A CD with an engineer to be loaned to an engineer for example?
Ty,
Why do you think tools are called tools?
