MonaVie, maker of a blended beverage with the Brazilian acai berry, has announced the appointment of Yona Fichman as regional managing director of Eastern Europe and Israel.

Fichman began his career in the direct selling industry in 1994, as general manager for the Israel market of another successful direct selling company. For the next 14 years, Fichman gained valuable industry experience serving in a number of key management positions, including Regional VP of South East EMEA and VP of Operations & Sales.
Fichman also served as chairman of the Israeli Direct Selling Association from 1997-2007. In this capacity, Fichman led numerous activities to increase awareness about the direct selling industry and communicate the benefits of the direct selling model of business in Israel.
