I was looking at some YouTube vidoes and found several from MonaVie reps talking about how MonaVie cured them of Cancer, Lyme Disease, Arthritis, etc.
Here is a quote from one of the comments:
who said there is no cure for Cancer Logon to the monavie, com and use
ID # 580838 from the Enroll to get ur health better,Cancer no more
This is absolute proof of an illegal disease claim…
Check this out:
Let me say this. I’m sure that MonaVie is a good product, but if you expect to continue to build your business by telling people that MonaVie cures cancer, the company will be shut down by the FTC and FDA. MonaVie is growing, but I fear that the majority of the growth is coming from the use of illegal claims.
Update: The video was removed from YouTube. Perhaps MonaVie is clamping down a bit.
Wow. Curing cancer? That's a slippery slope. Their product may be fantastic but you just can't say that. People look for some panacea or some insurance they may be free from whatever disease they may have. This is dangerous and could lead to flagrant and misleading advertising.

Ty,
This isn't the first sensationalist comment you've made simply to draw attention to yourself. And every time I follow up, I find nothing of substance.
This is just another instance.
I want to put my thought in here. It comes down to what you think is right for you. Everyone that sales a product thinks that is the best thing on the market. We at the store take both MonaVie and XanGo. We don’t chase, follow or corner you to sale you anything. Those that feel that the above juices help them buy it. If they don’t think it works then they don’t. It comes down to this. It doesn’t matter what anyone tells you about the perfect product. And everyone needs to take responsibility for their actions.
So Liberty, you found nothing of substance.
OK. Whatever you say.
A MonaVie rep. just gave his ID number so that you can log on, buy MonaVie and "Cancer no more".
So MonaVie reps are claiming that their juice cures cancer, but I am the sensationalist.
That's good.
i have no doubt this company will eventually get shut down….in fact if you research the company that owns monavie, they have been in trouble for this before…and were fined and shut down by the FDC because of the same types of claims. Search Dynamic Essentials.

I agree that people shouldn't use the word as in cure all within promoting a product.
I do believe as with any fruit you can gain health benefits.
I can't eat regular fruit due to my ibs . i would either get constipated big time or spend most of my times running to the toilet feeling like I was carrying a big bathroom door on my leg with my son riding on it.
It would be like 6 x running to the potty and spending 30 minutes in the restroom just to go back again 5 minutes later.
Well, after I started drinking Monavie – my ibs sxs have decreased oh and to me that is a big relief because within the whole day and nites I have only had one ibs sxs and it's a quick one no sitting on the toilet for 30 minutes. not only that i get my daily value of fruits besides!
My testimonial is real and I know I'm not the only one who got ibs relief and I will continue to drink it because it helps me and I would share with someone who had ibs say it helped me maybe it will help you everyone is different
Also, monavie has said on you tube news area that they want people to know it's not an all cure juice.
If you are going to claim that a product cures cancer, prevents diabetes, relieves back pain, etc., then you really should have published, peer reviewed clinical studies confirming these allegations.
Otherwise, it comes down to personal experiences which occur in completely uncontrolled settings in which an effect may or may not be related to a particular cause.
In research the 'scientific method' is employed to confirm or invalidate hypotheses. It is employed by all researchers and is a valid means of determination.
Word of mouth is meaningless when it comes to an 'effect'. Opinions are only opinions.
I have not read of any studies in which Monavie demonstrated a significant clinical effect in 'curing' anything…
